Remote time beyond 45 minutes is billed at $80/hr in 15-minute increments. No trip fee within 15 miles of North East, MD; $35 beyond. Hardware and parts are extra.
Managed IT for offices of 3 to 25 people. One flat monthly price per user, and one tech who knows your network.
3-user minimum. One-time onboarding equal to one month of service. Not ready for a plan? Business break-fix is $125/hr, or prepay 10 hours for $1,000. Office networks, Wi-Fi surveys, firewall installs, and email migrations are quoted flat. Save 10% when paired with a HiVizion website care plan. Applicable Maryland sales tax is added to invoices.
